Postpartum Depression Research Study
Changes in mood are very common after childbirth. However, feeling intensely depressed, overwhelmed, or anxious, could be something called postpartum depression, or PPD. Postpartum depression symptoms are serious and shouldn’t be ignored. Consider participating in our research study evaluating an investigational medication in women with severe postpartum depression.
You may qualify for this study if you suspect that you have severe PPD* and:
· Are a woman between 18 and 45 years of age
· Have had a baby within the past 6 months
· Are willing to temporarily stop breastfeeding
Volunteers who qualify for our study will receive study related medication and medical exams at no cost, as well as reimbursement for time and travel.
*Not diagnosed with PPD? Call our office for an evaluation.
